Before we head into a long weekend in the U.S., let's take a moment to recognize National Public Works Week and the thousands of people who help keep water flowing through faucets every day!

Timeline Photos
It's National Public Works Week! Did you know that the average American uses 100 gallons of water a day, which weighs approx. 834 POUNDS? Unlike many in the world, all we have to do is turn on the tap... no pumping, no carrying, no boiling to make sure it's safe to drink. We want to give a big THANK YOU to everyone that works in Public Works for their tireless commitment to maintain the infrastructure that provides us with these modern day conveniences. #NPWW

Valencia is offering customers a “personal drought report” to let them know exactly how much water they need to save - in actual gallons - to meet California's 20 percent water reduction goals and ways to get there.
